This 2-room apartment with a beautiful surface area of 37 m² is ideally located in the center of the Orres 1800 resort, in the "Les Érines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, at the foot of all amenities: bakery, supermarket, restaurants, ski rental shops.... It will provide you with the necessary comfort for an ideal stay in the mountains!
The living room consists of a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, etc. The living room opens onto a south-facing balcony to fully enjoy the sunshine of the Southern Alps!
As for sleeping accommodations, you will have a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, a sleeping area with two 80 x 190 cm single beds and a sofa bed in the living room that converts into a double bed. The bathroom with bathtub will offer you a moment of relaxation after your sporty days in the mountains.
