The Agence des Orres offers you for rent this pleasant 35 m² apartment located in the "Les Silènes" residence in Hauts de Préclaux in the heart of the shopping square of Les Orres 1800. You will appreciate the direct proximity to all the shops: bakery, supermarket, restaurants, laundromat, local produce shops, etc.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, dining area for 6 guests and lounge with sofa; a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
You will have at your disposal a large number of amenities to make you feel at home: filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and above all dishwasher, not forgetting the television in the living room.
As for sleeping arrangements, you can choose between a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the master bedroom, two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and the pull-out sofa bed in the living room for a total capacity of 6 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends!
