This 34 m² apartment with a capacity of 6 people is ideally located in the heart of Les Orres 1800, in the "Églantines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, where you will find all the amenities: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, ski equipment rental, souvenir and local produce shops, etc.
This accommodation features an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, a living/dining room equipped with a television, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The living room opens onto a furnished balcony overlooking the shopping square.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have two single beds (80 x 190 cm) available in the sleeping area, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
Ideal for a ski-in/ski-out stay, you will benefit from a private ski box to store your ski equipment; and direct access to the slopes as soon as you exit the ski locker.
Also enjoy a moment of relaxation thanks to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, as well as the fitness area (open during the summer and winter seasons).
