The Agence des Orres offers you this 34 m² apartment with a capacity of 6 people, ideally located on the floor of the "Les Eglantines" building in the Hauts de Préclaux, in the heart of Les Orres 1800 where you will find all the amenities: mini-market, bakery, restaurants, ski equipment rentals, souvenir and local produce shops, etc.
This accommodation features an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, etc.), a living/dining room with a television, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The living room opens onto a furnished balcony overlooking the shopping square.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have two single beds (80 x 190 cm) available in the sleeping area, a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
Ideal for a ski-in/ski-out stay, you will benefit from a private ski box to store your ski equipment; and direct access to the slopes as soon as you exit the ski locker.
Enjoy a moment of relaxation in the residence's wellness area with heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness room and sauna cabins (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
