This pleasant 34 m² apartment, designed for 6 people, is ideal for your stay with family or friends. It is located at an altitude of 1,800 meters in the "Les Colchiques" building in Hauts de Préclaux, just a stone's throw from all the shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski equipment rentals, etc.).
Facing east, you can take full advantage of its balcony offering a lovely view of the slopes and the larch forest.
This accommodation has an entrance hall with storage, a living-dining room with a television and a fully equipped kitchen area: toaster, kettle, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, etc.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will find a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
A bathroom with a bathtub for you to relax in and a separate toilet complete the package.
Take advantage of a private ski box to store all your skiing equipment and reach the slopes directly on skis as soon as you leave the ski locker.
You can also reserve a parking space in the underground car park directly with our agency (at an additional cost and subject to availability).
For your greater comfort, the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool will be freely accessible as well as the sauna cabins (wellness area open seasonally only in summer and winter).
