This mountain-style apartment, measuring 35 m², will be ideal for your ski-in/ski-out stay in the heart of Les Orres 1800.
Located in the "Les Valérianes" building in Hauts de Préclaux, you will have easy access to all the amenities of the shopping area: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rental shops, souvenir shop... As soon as you leave the ski room, where you will have a private box, put on your skis and explore the ski area!
From the east-facing balcony, you will enjoy the view of the ski slopes and the larch forest while enjoying the morning sunshine of the Southern Alps.
The apartment has an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a master bedroom, a living room with sofa and television as well as a fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, hob, toaster, kettle...
In terms of sleeping accommodation, you will have a sofa bed in the living room, two single beds 90 x 190 cm in the sleeping area and a double bed 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, for a total capacity of 6 people.
After a wonderful day in the mountains, enjoy a moment of relaxation in the residence's wellness area, where a heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins will be at your disposal (wellness area open seasonally only, summer and winter).
