The Agence des Orres offers you this pleasant 37 m² apartment located in the heart of the shopping square of Les Orres 1800, in the "Les Erines" residence in Hauts de Préclaux, close to all amenities: bakery, supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops, ski rental....
Located on the 1st floor, it consists of an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm and a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
Equipped with new furniture, the living room offers a lounge with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, modern and comfortable, a television and board games for your family evenings; as well as a fully equipped kitchen area to make you feel at home: Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, raclette machine, kettle, toaster, hob, refrigerator, etc.
In the master bedroom, you will find a 140 x 190 cm double bed to accommodate a total of 6 people.
You can enjoy the sunshine of the Southern Alps from the southwest-facing balcony, furnished with a garden table and chairs; and overlooking the shops on the square; as well as a private ski locker on the ground floor to store your skiing equipment and access the ski slopes just a few meters away.
And to relax after your sporting activities, you will benefit from unlimited access to the residence's wellness area: heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
For a hassle-free arrival, consider reserving a parking space in the residence's underground car park, which provides direct access to your accommodation via the elevator: convenient for unloading luggage!
