The Agence des Orres offers you for rent this 34 m² apartment ideally located in the "Les Silènes" residence in Hauts de Préclaux in the heart of the shopping square of Les Orres 1800, designed for 6 people.
This accommodation is composed of an entrance; a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a wall-mounted television, a fully equipped kitchen area: large refrigerator, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc. as well as a small balcony.
As for sleeping accommodations, you will have a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, a large closet to store all your personal belongings and offering access to the balcony; as well as a sleeping area closed by a door where you will find two 80 x 190 cm single bunk beds. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes the set.
You'll enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor pool, sauna, and fitness room (open seasonally, summer and winter). A private ski locker is also available for storing your skiing equipment.
For a hassle-free stay, consider booking a parking space in the residence's underground car park directly with the agency (additional charge and subject to availability). You can access the accommodation via the elevator: a convenient way to unload your luggage!
