The Agence des Orres offers you this charming mountain-style apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator of its residence "Les Églantines" in the Hauts de Préclaux, overlooking the shopping square of Les Orres 1800.
With a surface area of 34 m², it has an entrance hall with storage, a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and a wardrobe, a sleeping area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm which can be joined into a double bed if necessary, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a furnished balcony.
The living room consists of a lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed and television, a dining area for 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, etc.
Ideally located, you will be in the heart of the Orres 1800 resort, just a few steps from all the restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rentals, etc. but also at the foot of the ski slopes in winter, and hiking or mountain biking in summer.
To the delight of young and old alike, you will benefit from a private ski locker, directly overlooking the snow front; and free access to the residence's magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness room (open seasonally only, summer and winter).
