The owner's note, Lola
This superb 60 m², 3-room duplex apartment has been completely renovated by an interior designer. Rated 3 stars and awarded the 3 Larch label by the Les Orres resort, it offers spacious living spaces in a resolutely modern style with tasteful decor. Guests have free access to the residence's heated indoor pool and a private ski locker.
Facing west, it offers a view of the resort's mountains: La Mazelière, Le Méale and Pic Haut; as well as the Serre-Ponçon valley below. It is located on the eighth floor, accessible by stairs, climbing the two floors that separate it from the entrance.
It includes a large living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed and a smart TV; a bathroom with laundry room (washing machine, dryer and iron). To make you feel at home, you will find in the kitchen all the necessary equipment to regain strength after your sports days: kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, combined microwave oven, kitchen utensils and crockery, etc. You will also appreciate the Wi-Fi connection included in this accommodation. The balcony with garden furniture will be ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while admiring the view.
Enjoy a restful sleep thanks to quality bedding: a bedroom equipped with a television and cupboards, with a double bed 160 x 190 cm; and a second bedroom with two single beds 90 x 190 cm and storage. Upstairs, you will also have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
You will be located on the heights of the resort, around fifty meters from the ski lift ticket offices, around 200 meters from the main square of Les Orres 1800 and its small shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, etc.), and less than 200 meters from the start of the slopes and the numerous hiking trails for the summer.
Also consider visiting the Orres 1650 resort and its additional shops, which you can reach on foot in just ten minutes by taking the pedestrian path, lit at night, which goes down through the forest.
