In the "Les Érines" building in Hauts de Préclaux, in the heart of Les Orres 1800, this apartment with a beautiful surface area of 31 m², which can accommodate up to 4 people, is offered to you in Les Orres.
It is ideally located close to all amenities: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski equipment rental, etc. For a "ski-in/ski-out" stay, put on your skis as soon as you take them out of the locker and set off to explore the Les Orres ski area!
This accommodation consists of an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area where you will find two single beds 80 x 190 cm, not bunk beds; a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Facing east, the balcony offers a lovely view of the ski slopes; perfect for sunny breakfasts while enjoying the surrounding mountains.
In the large living room, you will find a lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed for two people and a television, a dining area for 4 guests and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc.
You will enjoy unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (open seasonally only, in summer and winter) as well as a private ski box to store your skiing equipment.
