The owner's note, Lola
This lovely 3-room duplex apartment of 61m², facing south, is located slightly back from the central square of the Orres 1800 resort in the large Balcon des Airelles residence for a peaceful stay.
It is accessible through the main entrance of its building, without using the elevator.
It has an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a sofa bed and television, a dining room - equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower room as well as a balcony offering a magnificent view of the Mazelière valley.
You will find the apartment fully equipped with: kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer, for a comfortable stay.
You will also benefit from fiber Wi-Fi access, very rare in Les Orres!
For sleeping, you will find a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, two 90x190cm bunk beds in the bedroom, a 140x190cm double bed and an additional television in the second bedroom, and a third 140x190cm double bed upstairs for a total capacity of 8 people.
You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the hiking trails.
