This 35 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has an east-facing ground floor terrace.
In the "Les Érines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will be ideally located just a few meters from the snow front and access to the ski slopes; as well as all the shops in the shopping square: restaurants, local produce stores, bakery, supermarket, ski rentals, etc.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, hob, refrigerator and all the necessary cooking equipment to spend wonderful evenings with family or friends, around a mountain specialty.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have a sleeping area with a 140x190cm double bed on the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 140 x 190cm double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
The bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after your favorite activities. A separate toilet completes the space.
THE LITTLE EXTRAS:
Enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool located just opposite the apartment, as well as to the sauna cabins and fitness area (open during summer and winter).
A private ski locker will allow you to store all your skiing equipment.
