Agence des Orres offers this charming mountain-style apartment located in the heart of the Les Orres 1800 shopping area in the "Les Erines" building of the Les Hauts de Préclaux residence. You'll be in close proximity to all the shops (mini-market, souvenir and local produce shop, ski rental, etc.) and restaurants.
Located on the 1st floor, this 35 m² apartment consists of an entrance hall with storage leading to a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, on one side; and to the sleeping area with two single beds 90 x 190 cm. You will also have a double bedroom with a bed 140 x 190 cm.
The living room is bright thanks to its south-eastern exposure and is organized into several spaces: a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people and a television; a dining area for 6 guests at the table and an open and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, hob, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.
From the balcony, you will enjoy the sunshine of the Southern Alps while admiring the view of the shopping square and the surrounding mountains.
To store your ski equipment, a private ski locker located on the ground floor of the building will be at your disposal. You will be just a few meters away from the snow front and the ski slopes (or mountain bike slopes in summer).
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation and enjoy free access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, its sauna cabins and its fitness area (open seasonally only, summer and winter).
