250m from the beach, small semi-detached holiday cottage for 4 people in a gated community. On the ground floor: Living room with non-convertible sofa, table, chairs, TV. Kitchenette (microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, etc.). Shower room (shower, sink, WC).
On the floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a cabin area with 2 bunk beds.
Terrace with garden furniture, enjoying morning sun. Private parking.
Pets allowed. Internet connection available (extra).
Swimming pool (7m x 3m) open July and August, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The residence has a swimming pool. However, if it is not open for technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby bed, high chair, tourist tax, pet supplement.
Pets allowed: Only one pet is allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency when booking; otherwise, the pet will not be accepted. The supplement must be paid on the day of arrival.
