DUCRET Apartment - LA FERME DES FRASSES
This 145m² apartment in a renovated farmhouse sleeps eight. Located on the ground floor, you'll appreciate its large east-facing terrace and exceptional views of Mont Charvin and the valley.
- Independent living room: sofas, flat screen TV + DVD.
- Kitchen open to dining room: four ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer, decorative wood stove
- Sleeping arrangements: two double bedrooms (2*160x200), one bedroom with single bunk beds (2x90x200), living room with a double sofa bed (130). Bedding equipped with duvets.
- Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.
*Parking in front of the farm for 2 vehicles. Ski and boot storage in the entrance.
*Free WIFI access.
*Pets allowed. Non-smoking rental.
OUR OPINION: Charming apartment tastefully renovated in an old farmhouse. Large living areas. Very large terrace facing east, sheltered from the wind, with an unobstructed view. Beautiful decor. A dream vacation in an authentic setting. Please note: the accommodation is an old Savoyard farmhouse, which is why the ceiling height in the kitchen/dining room is approximately 1.80m max and the water comes from a spring.
Possibility of renting the chalet reference Le Mazot (La Ferme des Frasses), in order to accommodate 14 people nearby.
