Enjoy a spacious, charming 150 m² duplex, ideally located in the heart of Paris's 15th arrondissement. Spanning the 1st and 2nd floors of a small building without an elevator, it accommodates up to 5 guests and offers airy, light-filled living spaces and a particularly peaceful atmosphere.
The property features a large, landscaped 35 m² terrace with an outdoor dining area—perfect for relaxing away from the Parisian hustle and bustle.
It comprises:
- a large, spacious, and bright living room,
- a dining area,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed,
- a fourth bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,

- a workspace available in 3 of the bedrooms,

There is no parking available at the property.
A gardener will come to maintain the terrace and water the indoor plants on Tuesday mornings between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM.
You will enjoy pleasant views overlooking a charming pedestrian walkway, the upstairs landscaped terrace, and a planted inner courtyard.
Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

Located in Paris's 15th arrondissement, this duplex enjoys an ideal location for exploring the capital while benefiting from a particularly quiet setting.
You can reach the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Montparnasse district, in about a 20-minute walk.
The neighborhood also offers a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Nearby, you will find several great spots within walking distance, including Deuz, Le Belisaire, Je-the-me, and Café du Commerce 1900.
The apartment is also close to numerous business towers and the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre.
