It's an apartment with a ground floor and a floor. There's only one neighbor above, which gives the impression of living in a house.
The accommodation includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom and a shower room accessible on the ground floor;
- a workspace suitable for laptops;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed, opening directly onto the garden, where you can have lunch on sunny days.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness, its lovely garden and its coolness in the middle of summer!
You will have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: Wi-Fi, television, coffee machine, toaster, built-in smart oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, disabled access, ...
It should be noted that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located 25 minutes by metro from the center of Paris and a 5-minute walk from the Saint-Ouen flea market for lovers of antique and design objects.
