This simple, family-friendly chalet is ideal for a pleasant holiday in the Arêches-Beaufort ski resort. Bright and airy. Additional charges: €200.
It is one of those chalets typical of the years of the construction of the Roselend dam (1960) which were built to house the dam foremen. Preserved in its original state: green and white shutters, frieze, sunny terrace facing south with breathtaking views of the mountain and the bell tower.
You are a 5-minute walk from the shops and yet enjoy great peace and quiet.
The legendary Gumball, known to all children for its sledding, is at your feet.
You access the chalet from a dead end, by a small staircase which leads you either to the ground floor, or via a small sheltered balcony, directly to the 1st floor and to the living room.
On the ground floor:
- A Skiroom/shoe room entrance, the boiler and a shed for drying your things or washing them (washing machine).
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 x 190 and 1 baby bed (sleeps 2 + baby bed)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds joined together to form a double bed (sleeps 2)
- 1 bathroom (shower, sink and toilet)
On the 1st floor (access either from the balcony/stairs or by internal staircase)
- 1 kitchen with window, fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, extractor hood, raclette/fondue machines, crepe machines, gas cooker with 3 gas burners, 1 electric burner, 1 electric oven, kettle, KRUPS coffee maker, microwave, kitchen table, storage cupboards).
- 1 living/dining space, with 1 small square table and 1 large extending table)

- 1 lounge area with sofa and TV, opening onto a beautiful sunny south-facing terrace (garden furniture and parasol)

Access to the top floor under the slope via a narrow and fairly steep staircase (1.65 m maximum at the ridge) to 2 small bedrooms, ideal for children aged 6 to 12 (like small cabins).

Notes: Winter charges of 200 euros (from the All Saints' Day holidays until the end of April). No pets allowed due to allergies. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
