Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 300 cm with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating, forced-air heating. Deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Cosy chalet "Kuća Jela", 2 storeys, built in 2024, surrounded by trees. In a sunny, elevated position, 108 km from the sea, 1 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard. Terrace (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station 5 km, public bathing area 3 km. Tennis 5 km, walking paths from the house 1 km.
