Located on the road to the Col de la Croix de Fer and at the entrance to the village, you can easily reach the slopes of St Jean d'Arves or Saint Sorlin d'Arves, thanks to the free shuttles, which are a 5-minute walk away.
Choose comfort and wood in this fully equipped individual chalet to accommodate 7 people and located in a quiet area with an unobstructed view of the mountains.
On the level, you will find a living room with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with TV opening onto a large balcony, a shower room and a toilet.
The floor consists of a bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 140*190cm, a bedroom with two single beds measuring 90*190cm and another bedroom for 3 people with a double bed measuring 140*190cm and a single bed measuring 90*190cm.
The accommodation is modern and equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric filter coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette machine, a toaster, and all the crockery for 7 people!
