Are you looking for the comfort and conviviality of a real chalet?
Discover this superb, brand-new semi-detached chalet with high-quality features and a breathtaking view of the Saint Sorlin d'Arves resort, in the heart of the LES SYBELLES ski area.
At the entrance, you can leave your skis, then you will find a sleeping area with bunk beds and closet, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160*200cm, a shower room and washing machine.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with double beds measuring 160*200cm, a bathroom and a toilet.
On the 2nd floor, a spacious living room with lounge area and pellet stove, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen and above all a superb balcony overlooking the mountains.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all the crockery for 8 people!
The chalet is located on the "Chemin de la Sapinière" in St Sorlin d'Arves, less than 300m from the access to the slopes, the ski school and the shops (everything is possible on foot).
Don't hesitate to treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in this cozy chalet with family or friends and enjoy free Wi-Fi.

PETS: The owner welcomes your pet! Please note that only small pets are allowed, kept on a leash and provided they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The additional fee for pets is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please notify the agency.
