The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides a functional and pleasant space for preparing meals.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) has direct access to the courtyard through French doors. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub with an integrated toilet, while a separate toilet completes the facilities.
On the floor, a vast 103 m² bedroom features two single beds (90 cm), a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a central dressing area. Sofas and armchairs create a relaxing corner within this generous space, offering comfort and light, and portable air conditioning ensures optimal comfort. Nestled in the heart of a 22,000 m² property in Saint-Aulaire, near Arnac-Pompadour, the renowned horse town with its national stud farm and casino, and not far from Brive-la-Gaillarde, this holiday home offers a peaceful and verdant setting, ideal for relaxation. The property comprises four buildings: the owner's house, a house rented year-round, the gîte, and a barn, guaranteeing privacy within a large shared garden.
