13 km from Lardin (Shops) and 12 km from Terrasson, isolated detached house of 117 m2. Raised ground floor. Living room with kitchenette and fireplace. Crossing the living room area, you access a corridor which leads to the bedrooms: 5 beds in 90 and 2 beds in 140. 2 shower rooms. 2 separate toilets. Electric heating. Cellar with washing machine with outside access. Storage room for firewood. Unfenced land of 800 m2 with terrace of 20 m2, swing, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols. Mobile phones work well. Wood and household linen included. Bathroom linen €5/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €100. Electricity over 8 kw/day: €0.10/additional kw. On the border of the Dordogne and Corrèze, on the top of a ridge, the Murat gîte overlooks the valley. The view is plunging and there are no neighbors within 100 m. Marked footpaths in the village. You will go to Montignac (25 km) to visit the International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 then descend along the Vézère Valley to Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of Prehistory. You will also enjoy visiting the Château de Hautefort 10 km away, the Tourtoirac cave 20 km away, not forgetting Collonges la rouge, Turenne, Pompadour...
