On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase). Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Reserved parking (fenced 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only.
