The house, with a surface area of approximately 100 m2 and a private swimming pool, can accommodate up to 10 people.
It is composed of:
On the ground floor: a living/dining room area, an open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160*200), 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180*200), a bathroom with WC, a shower room with WC, a laundry area and a separate WC.
Upstairs: a large bedroom with 2 queen-size beds (160*200) and a shower, a separate toilet.
Private 9*4 m swimming pool with child protection alarm.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi internet, full air conditioning, pétanque court, garden furniture, garage and free parking space.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,400 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €200.
