Discover this superb 90 m² duplex apartment located in a quiet residence, designed to offer a functional and deeply relaxing stay for up to 5 people and a baby.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a baby cot (60x120). The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x200) as well as a comfortable office area.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher opens onto a bright interior, complemented by a modern shower room and everything you need for your comfort, including an iron and a hairdryer.
The real advantage of this accommodation is its private courtyard with a jacuzzi, perfect for your moments of relaxation, as well as a pleasant terrace bathed in light.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost to simplify your arrangements.
