Welcome to this charming house with a garden of over 1000 m² and air conditioning, located in the very peaceful area of Lake Marion in Biarritz. The location is quiet: the street is dead end for vehicles, but continues into a pedestrian path leading to the beaches of Ilbarritz and Pavillon Royal.
- A large living room with dining area opens onto the front garden and patio. A small library lounge also overlooks the garden and patio.
- The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook like at home: refrigerator, freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, as well as a utility room with washing machine.
- The bedrooms: the house has three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with practical storage space for a comfortable stay.
Two suites, with 160 cm bed, bathroom, toilet and cupboards, are located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with toilet complete the sleeping area.
