Kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/shower/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. 2 balconies, terrace roofed, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Reserved parking (1 car), garage on the property (1 car) at the house, height 250 cm. 1 pet/ dog allowed. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.
