Comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and wood-burning stove. Exit to the balcony, to the patio. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, Gas stove, 4 gas rings). On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Small balcony, south facing position. Barbecue, deck chairs (1), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Unloading and loading possible 60 m from the house. In the hamlet of Pimpisnino there is almost no parking space, 600m further up the road there are limited parking spaces, this is where the hiking paradise begins! NO electrical devices may be used.
