Villa Papa is an impressive 236 m2 country house with 6 bedrooms, full of character and charm, set on a plot of 9.032 m2 with a large private pool and beautiful mountain scenery, ideally located just a few minutes drive from Cala San Vicente.PAPA- for 12 people, close to Cala San Vicente, pool, covered terraces, outdoor dining, chill-out, BBQ, table tennis and billiards.
The main entrance is at the front of the house and leads to the 2 living rooms, both with comfortable sofas and one complete with SAT TV. The archway leads to the spacious dining room which in turn leads to the kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. The barbecue area and pool terrace can be accessed directly from the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are all on the floor, there is a second double bedroom and 4 twin bedrooms as well as 3 shared bathrooms (the single beds in the bedrooms can be converted into double beds on request). There is also a small terrace accessed from the floor hallway, which has wonderful mountain views.Air conditioning/heating is provided at no extra cost, from 17:30 to 19:30 and 22:00 to 09:00 and also wifi.The property is in the process of refurbishment at the moment, the current photos are from 2022. Once the refurbishment is completed, which includes the extension of the terrace by the pool, new interior tiling and refurbishment of the bathrooms, etc., new photos will be published.The villa will then have:6 bedrooms (2 doubles + 4 twins)5 bathrooms of which 4 will be en suite1 exterior W.C.
The covered outdoor terrace has been used to the maximum, with an outdoor table for 12 people, ideal for al fresco dining and very practical as it has easy access to the kitchen. On one side there is a ping-pong table and on the other a pool table. Around the corner is the covered built-in barbecue, ideal for those wishing to grill. There is also a small wicker table and armchairs, chill out area overlooking the pool, those who prefer a quieter atmosphere can come and relax after dinner. The 10 x 6m rectangular pool has Roman steps in the corner for easy access. In the paved area around the pool there are ample sun loungers and parasols. A comfortable Balinese bed and outdoor sofas are also available.
