The owner's note, Lola
Canet Plage Villa in typical Canet style located in the Grand Large district, between the centre and the south of the resort.
It is located in the second row behind the seafront, with the beach accessible in two minutes on foot.
Restaurants and the shops are very close by and the lively centre of the resort is about 400 metres away.
The villa can accommodate four adults and three children. It offers a main living area of 50 m², complemented by a 16 m² mezzanine and a separate 14 m² bedroom.
It has a living room and dining room with a television, as well as an open kitchen equipped with induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and wifi internet connection.
The main bedroom includes a double bed (140cm). The mezzanine has a single bed, ideal for a teenager.
The bathroom with toilet is equipped with a washing machine. The separate bedroom offers a double bed (140cm) and two bunk beds.
A baby cot is available.
An outdoor shower room with WC completes the ensemble.
The outdoor spaces are spacious, with a terrace equipped with a barbecue.
Secure parking is also available.
Optional extras: Bed linen is not provided but can be reserved and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed linen kit: €12.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00). - High chair rental: €15 per week - Baby cot rental: €15 per week -
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental; the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be completed before your arrival (no cash or checks).
