- a large terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and large table overlooking the Bay of Cassis,
- a spacious living area with fireplace, including a lounge with comfortable sofas, a large dining table and an office area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, blender, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm), private bathroom with shower and access to terrace,
- two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- one bedroom with two single bunk beds,
