The accommodation is surrounded by a spacious enclosed garden of 4000m2 in which you will find:
- An outdoor swimming pool accessible from May to September inclusive, providing an ideal setting for swimming and relaxation during this period
- A summer kitchen. This is equipped with a BBQ and its utensils (charcoal and firelighters not included in the rental price), a sink, a small fridge and a shower.
- 5 garden tables to comfortably seat 30 people.
- A large pétanque court (Bows and jack provided)
- A basketball hoop (Ball provided)

🛋️ LIVING ROOM - DINING ROOM:
Located on the ground floor, a large living/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided), a sofa and a coffee table. The dining room has two large tables that can accommodate all your guests.
🍽️ CUISINE:
The kitchen opens onto the dining room and is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), fridge and dishwasher.
We provide you with all the necessary dishes for 28 people as well as the necessary equipment for cooking (frying pans, saucepans, pots, utensils, etc.)
🛁 BATHROOM:
The accommodation has 2 bathrooms.
The on the ground floor, equipped with a double sink unit, a shower and a bathtub.
The second on the 1st floor equipped with a double sink unit, a toilet and two showers.
🚗 PARKING:
Free parking is available on site for all your vehicles.
🛜 WIFI:
WIFI is available free of charge in the accommodation with a good speed which will allow you, if you wish, to work in good conditions.
📜 HOUSING OCCUPANCY:
The accommodation is designed for 28 people. For more than 28 people, please contact us.
Before confirming your reservation, please read the entire announcement as well as the internal regulations or T&Cs.
🟢 ARRIVAL TIME:
Arrival time: From 5:00 p.m.
We endeavour to make the booked accommodation available as soon as possible, and no later than 5:00 p.m.
We do the receptions in person.
🔴 DEPARTURE TIME:
Check Out: no later than 11:00 a.m. every day of the week.
Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we ask you to respect several departure instructions detailed in the internal regulations and which will be reminded to you the evening before your departure.
🔐 SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is requested from the tenant by bank imprint only (The amount requested is not debited at the time of deposit, which does not impact your bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
The amount will be "pre-recorded" and "not cashed" on your credit card as a security deposit.
This amount will be released no later than 20 days after departure, unless the amount of a “cleaning supplement”, “repair/replacement costs” or in the event of a breach of the internal regulations is deducted.
🧹HOUSEHOLD:
A "standard" cleaning fee is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked.
The cleaning service carried out before your arrival at the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning household linen, making the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before leaving the premises, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a decent state of cleanliness and tidy.
We provide you with all the equipment necessary to clean the accommodation.
🧺 HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
Bed linen is included in the rental price. Upon arrival, the beds will be made with clean linen.
We also provide you with bath mats and kitchen towels.
Please note that bath or hand towels are not included in the rental price. We offer them for rental (€5 each) on request, subject to availability.
📌PLEASE NOTE:
The property is covered by a video surveillance system only on the exterior parts. Under no circumstances are private areas (bedrooms, toilets, bathrooms) filmed.

When you arrive at the accommodation, we will provide you with:

🚇 TRANSPORT:
Marles-en-brie station (Line P) from Paris is a 5-minute drive away.
Bus line 10 (Pays Briard) serves the town of Fontenay-Trésigny (Stop "Coubertin") from Marles-en-Brie train station in just 6 minutes. Then you will have to walk 10 minutes to the property.
Disneyland Paris Park is only 25km away (25 minutes by car)
🌇 NEIGHBORHOOD:
Fontenay-Trésigny is a small town of about 5000 inhabitants. You will find all the shops you may need (bar, tobacconist, restaurant, florist, baker, butcher, ...). 2 large supermarkets are available very close to the accommodation (Intermarché and LECLERC) accessible by car.
🚪 ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire accommodation except the laundry room in the basement.
*The swimming pool is accessible from mid-April to mid-September.
🐶 PETS
Pets are accepted free of charge under the following conditions:
- that they are clean
- that they do not damage the accommodation
- not to let them climb on beds or sofas
- to pick up their droppings.
Dangerous animals are prohibited.
