This sumptuous five-room villa spans approximately 300 sqm and is fully air-conditioned. The spacious living and dining area is designed for comfort and elegance and features a centralised SONOS Hi-Fi system throughout the villa. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and perfectly suited for convivial moments.
For your well-being, you will enjoy a private fitness room and sauna inside the villa. A guest WC is also available.
The sleeping area comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and their own en-suite bathroom, ensuring absolute comfort and privacy.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed (180 cm), walk-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room with double shower and WC, direct access to the pool.
Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite full bathroom, direct access to the pool.
Bedroom 3: 160 cm double bed, en-suite shower room, separate WC.
Bedroom 4: 160 cm double bed (2 x 80 cm), en-suite shower room with WC, direct access to the pool.
Each bedroom guarantees total privacy and premium comfort, and three bedrooms offer direct access to the swimming pool.
The one-hectare enclosed park showcases a beautiful Mediterranean landscape, with olive trees and pine trees. The large heated saltwater pool (10 x 6 m) can be heated on request and features a shallow beach area, ideal for children. The pool is secured with a perimeter alarm.
You will enjoy 100 sqm of covered terraces furnished with outdoor lounges. Leisure facilities include a pétanque court, table tennis, and access to the nearby residential tennis courts (600 m).
