The sleeping area consists of five carefully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms to guarantee your privacy.
The bedroom has a double bed measuring 140x200.
The second bedroom offers two single beds measuring 80x200.
The third bedroom is equipped with four single beds measuring 90x200.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed measuring 140x200.
The fifth bedroom also offers a double bed measuring 140x200.
For your complete comfort, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation has a wifi connection to keep you connected during your holiday.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and coffee machine, as well as two modern bathrooms. The living room, featuring a fireplace and a comfortable sofa, opens onto a superb terrace and garden with a private swimming pool, barbecue, and griddle. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, heating, and a baby cot for families.
Regarding transport, you benefit from three car spaces directly on the property to facilitate your travels.

You can reach the Tour Fondue pier in 10 minutes by car to visit Porquerolles, or explore the old town of Hyères, a 20-minute drive away. In the village of Giens, you'll find numerous restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and a pharmacy within walking distance.
