Discover La Baule-Escoublac in this charming 48 m² house located on the ground floor, designed to offer you a stay that is both functional and deeply relaxing.
Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the exceptional brightness of the place, its unobstructed view and its pleasant private garden, perfect for enjoying the mild coastal climate.
The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140x190 double bed, to accommodate up to 4 people.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
For your daily comfort, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine, as well as a shower room and a welcoming living room with sofa for your moments of relaxation.
A washing machine, a garage and parking are also available, and we gladly welcome your pets.
It is important to note that the accommodation does not have a wifi connection, thus allowing you a total disconnection.
In terms of getting around, you'll benefit from an ideal location with bike rentals just a 7-minute walk away.
There's no shortage of activities, as the beach is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away, as is Cap de Pornichet (6 minutes) and Crêperie Suzette (9 minutes). Local shops are a 10-minute walk, and the forest awaits you a 7-minute drive away for beautiful hikes.
