In the heart of Brie, come and stay in our house a stone's throw from the Crècy forest.
ACCOMMODATION:
Our large 150m2 house is located in the charming village of La Houssaye-en-Brie in Seine-et-Marne, just 20km from Disneyland and 45km from central Paris.
Surrounded by a large enclosed garden (+1000m2) with trees, our house is ideal for a moment of relaxation with family or friends in the countryside while remaining close to all the necessary amenities.
A large and beautiful terrace adjoining the house (+100m2) is entirely reserved for you to allow you to enjoy the beautiful days in complete privacy.
You will have access to the entire property just for you.
ROOMS AND BEDS:
The accommodation has a total of 14 beds.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people with a real comfortable mattress
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- Living room: 1 convertible sofa for 2 people with a real comfortable mattress
Bed linen is included in the rental price. Upon arrival, the beds will be made with clean linen.
However, towels are not included in the rental price. We offer them for rental as an option on request at a price of €5 each.
BATHROOM:
The accommodation has 2 bathrooms.
One on the ground floor, equipped with a double sink unit and a shower. A hairdryer is also available free of charge
The second bathroom is located upstairs and is equipped with a vanity unit and a large bathtub.
THE LIVING ROOM:
The living room of approximately 45 m2 is the perfect place to get together and share friendly moments.
It is equipped with a 55-inch television, an integrated sound system (Bluetooth connection) and ambient LED lights (Bluetooth connection by downloading a free mobile application) available free of charge.
A large dining table is available that can seat up to 10 people comfortably and 12 people simultaneously (4 side chairs are available). A high table and 4 high chairs are also available to complete the seating.
GARAGE:
In the garage you will find a relaxation area with a table football and a dart board. Expect to take part in wild tournaments.
THE GARDEN:
From the living room you can access a large, illuminated terrace of over 100 m2, equipped with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided) and two large garden tables, ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal. Sun loungers are also available for you to relax in the sun.
THE KITCHEN:
The open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs (4 burners), an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine (standard capsules required), a fridge and a dishwasher.
An additional refrigerator/freezer is available in the garage.
We provide you with all the necessary dishes and utensils for 14 people (plate, bowl, wine glass, champagne flute, etc.).
LAUNDRY ROOM:
A laundry room equipped with a 10kg washing machine (detergent not provided) and a 10kg dryer is available on request.
INTERNET
The house is equipped with ORANGE fiber.
ACCOMMODATION OCCUPANCY:
The accommodation is designed for 14 people. For more than 14 people, please make a request before making a reservation.
Possibility to organize a birthday, bachelorette party, bachelorette party, or small quiet family gathering within the limit of the number of people authorized while respecting the rules described in the internal regulations. Please read the internal regulations carefully before making a reservation.
For long stays (business trips, companies, workers or family), contact us to benefit from an attractive rate.
ARRIVAL:
We make every effort to ensure that the reserved accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 p.m. Earlier arrivals are possible subject to availability.
DEPARTURE :
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we will ask you to kindly follow all the departure instructions described in the internal regulations. Please read the internal regulations carefully before making a reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is requested from the tenant by bank imprint (amount not debited which does not impact the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This amount will be released after your departure, unless the amount of a “cleaning supplement” is deducted, any damage caused or in the event of a breach of the internal regulations.
TRAVEL CONSUMABLES
Upon your arrival, we provide you with:
- Toilet paper
- Sponge and dishwashing liquid
- Dishwasher tablet
- Hand soap
- Household equipment
Please note that we do not restock during your stay.
The following items are not included in the rental:
- Shower gel/shampoo/conditioner
- Bath towel (Or optional at a price of €5 per unit)
- Charcoal & Firelighter
- Laundry detergent, fabric softener
HOUSEHOLD:
A "standard" cleaning fee is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked.
The cleaning service carried out before your arrival at the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning household linen, making the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before leaving the premises, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a proper state of cleanliness and tidy.
We provide you with all the equipment necessary to clean the accommodation so that you can return it to us in good condition.
PARKING
Possibility of parking several vehicles inside the property and others at the end of the path where the house is located.
PETS
Pets are accepted free of charge under the following conditions:
- that they are clean
- that they do not damage the accommodation
- not to let them climb on beds or sofas
- to pick up their droppings.
Dangerous animals are not prohibited.

Chessy-Marne-La-Vallée TGV station 20 minutes by car.
Tournan en Brie train station 10 minutes by car (Line P or RER E)
Marles-en-brie train station 5 min by car (Line P)
INTERACTION
There is always someone to answer your questions. We are at your disposal throughout your stay and thus make sure that everything goes as well as possible.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Peaceful village of 1500 inhabitants.
We are located at the end of the village on a very quiet path bordered by fields and forest.
In the center of the village, there is a bakery, a restaurant, a grocery store, a chocolate shop, all 1 km from the house, or about ten minutes on foot.
Many supermarkets (Leclerc, Carrefour, Intermarché) are available in neighboring towns (Fontenay-Trésigny and Tournan-en-brie) accessible in just 10 minutes by car.
NAMELY:
The accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system that films and records only the exterior parts, more precisely the accesses to the property. The interior of the accommodation is not equipped with a video surveillance system in order to respect your privacy.
