In the heart of Brie, come and relax with friends or family just a stone's throw from the Crécy forest.
ROOMS AND BEDS:
The accommodation has a total of 15 beds spread across 4 independent bedrooms and the living room.
- Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): 1 double bed + 1 baby bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
- Bedroom 3: 4 single beds (2 bunk beds)
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed + 1 convertible sofa with a real comfortable 140x190cm mattress.
- Living room: 1 convertible sofa with a real comfortable 190x160cm mattress
LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM
Large dining room equipped with a large table and chairs that can accommodate up to 14 people.
The dining room opens onto the living room equipped with a large sofa and a television which will offer you comfort and rest.
TERRACE & GARDEN
Accessible from the dining room, you will have access to a large 100m2 terrace equipped with a barbecue and two large garden tables for a pleasant meal in the sun.
Ideal for having fun with family or friends, you will find in the garden, a 50 m2 outbuilding equipped as a games room with a table football, a dart game as well as a sofa and 2 coffee tables.
An additional fridge is also available in the outbuilding.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped: Fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker (filter required), a Nespresso coffee maker (capsules required), waffle maker, a toaster, a kettle and crockery for 15 people. You will also find everything you need to prepare your delicious recipes (Casseroles, Frying Pans, Pots...).
BATHROOM AND WC
Two bathrooms are available: one on the ground floor with a sink, a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The second upstairs with a bathtub, a double sink unit and a toilet.
A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.

ACCOMMODATION OCCUPANCY:
The accommodation is non-smoking.
The accommodation is designed for 15 people. For more than 15 people, please make a request before making a reservation.
Possibility to organize a birthday, bachelorette party, bachelorette party, or small quiet family gathering within the limit of the number of people authorized by scrupulously respecting the rules described in the internal regulations. Please read the internal regulations carefully before making a reservation.
For stays of several weeks, please contact us to benefit from attractive rates.
ARRIVAL:
We do everything we can to ensure that the reserved accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 p.m.
DEPARTURE :
Check-out every day: 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we will ask you to kindly follow all the departure instructions described in the internal regulations. Please read the internal regulations carefully before making a reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is requested from the tenant by bank imprint (amount not debited which does not impact the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This amount will be released after your departure, unless the amount of a “cleaning supplement” is deducted, any damage caused or in the event of a breach of the internal regulations.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
Bed linen is provided. Beds will be made upon arrival.
Towels are not included in the rental price. We offer them for rental as an option on request at a price of €5 each.
TRAVEL CONSUMABLES
During your stay with us, we will provide you with the following upon your arrival:
- Toilet paper
- Sponge and dishwashing liquid
- Dishwasher tablet
- Hand soap
- Household equipment
The following items are not included in the rental:
- Shower gel/shampoo/conditioner
- Bath towel (Or optional at a price of €5 per unit)
- Charcoal & Firelighter
HOUSEHOLD:
A "standard" cleaning fee is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked.
The cleaning service carried out before your arrival at the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning household linen, making the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before leaving the premises, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a proper state of cleanliness and tidy.
We provide you with all the equipment necessary to clean the accommodation so that you can return it to us in good condition.
PARKING
Possibility of parking up to 8 vehicles inside the property.
INTERNET & TV
The house is equipped with ORANGE fiber.
You will also have the possibility to watch digital TV channels from the living room television.
PETS
Pets are accepted free of charge under the following conditions:
- that they are clean
- that they do not damage the accommodation
- not to let them climb on beds or sofas
- to pick up their droppings.
Dangerous animals are not prohibited.
ACCESS
You will have access to the entire accommodation just for you.
NEIGHBORHOOD
There is a bakery, a café restaurant, a grocery store and a chocolate shop 1 km from the house in the center of the village of La Houssaye en Brie.
Otherwise the supermarket is the Intermarché in Fontenay Tresigny, 5 km from the house.
For family walks, the Crécy forest is located just behind the house, accessible on foot.
TRANSPORTATION
Access by car from the A4 motorway, PROVINS exit in just 15 minutes.
Chessy TGV station 20 minutes by car.
Tournan-en-Brie train station in 10 minutes by car: RER E or line P (Access Paris-Gare de l'Est in just 25 minutes)
Marles en Brie train station 5 minutes by car: Train to Paris in just 35 minutes.
Disneyland just 20 minutes by car, Provins 45 km and Paris 50 km.
Uber from Paris center to home costs around €60 on average per vehicle, i.e. 4 people.
