Come and relax in this peaceful, fully renovated, bright family home, ideally located just a stone's throw from the port of Aber Wrac'h. This functional house with a maximum capacity of 8 people is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
When you enter this house, you enter a large living room that opens onto the terrace. Here you will find a charming fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. In the living room you can read a book or watch television. You can also enjoy meals with family and friends in the warmth of the stove in winter or on the terrace in summer.
On the ground floor you will also find a separate toilet and the master suite: a beautiful bedroom with a 160cm bed and an adjoining bathroom with a beautiful shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
This terrace is accessible from the living room and is very pleasant and sunny. It also gives access to a pretty enclosed garden with trees.
On the floor you have access to the 2 other bedrooms of the house. One is equipped with a double bed (140cm), the second is equipped with a twin bed (2 beds 80x200cm) and 2 single beds. This room is ideal for children! On this floor you will also find a separate toilet and a beautiful bathroom with shower and washbasin.
This house is also equipped with a garage with washing machine and dryer. This garage can also be used to store bicycles, paddles, kayaks, windsurfing, kitesurfing...
The house is ideally located 300m from the port of Aber Wrac'h. You can easily reach it by foot. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 hiking trail passes by the port and allows you to discover the beauty of Aber Wrac'h. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, the magnificent peninsula of Sainte-Marguerite will offer you magnificent fine sandy beaches. This peninsula is also very well known by surfers, it is a very famous kitesurf, wingfoil and funboard spot!

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
