Just a few minutes from Cannes and its beaches, Villa Palm is the ideal place for a stay combining lively atmosphere and pure relaxation. Its magnificent heated infinity pool and elegant design promise a serene escape.

Fully air-conditioned and offering a generous living space of 260 m², this holiday home has been designed for absolute comfort. The large double living room, equipped with a Sonos audio system, opens directly onto the outdoor areas, inviting you to extend the gentle summer evenings. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is perfect for preparing convivial meals. Everything is provided for a carefree holiday, from peaceful mornings to shared aperitifs on the terrace with a glimpse of the sea.

The sleeping area, located on the garden level with direct access to the pool, accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, most of which feature their own private shower room or bathroom, ensuring privacy for everyone.

Master Suite: King-size bed (180 cm), full bathroom (shower and bathtub), large walk-in wardrobe.
Queen Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed, private shower room and WC, direct access to the pool.
Queen Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, bathroom with bathtub (separate WC), direct access to the pool.

The outdoor area is a true haven spread over 1,500 m². At the heart of the villa lies its stunning heated infinity pool (10 x 5 m, heating available at an additional cost), ideal for swimming at any time of day. The terrace is fitted with outdoor lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue for al fresco dining. A pétanque court is also available for friendly tournaments.

Several outdoor parking spaces are at your disposal. The location is ideal: just 3 km from the centre of Cannes and 4.5 km from the fine sandy beaches.
