The Agence des Orres offers you this 30 m² studio with a capacity of 4 people, ideally located on the top floor of the "Les Eglantines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, in the heart of Les Orres 1800 where you will find all the amenities: mini-market, bakery, restaurants, ski equipment rentals, souvenir and local produce shops, etc.
This accommodation has an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc.), a living/dining room equipped with a television and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The living room opens onto a furnished balcony overlooking the shopping square and the surrounding mountains.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have two single beds (80 x 190 cm) available in the sleeping area and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
Ideal for a ski-in/ski-out stay, you will benefit from a private ski box to store your ski equipment; and direct access to the slopes as soon as you exit the ski locker.
Enjoy a moment of relaxation in the residence's wellness area with heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness room and sauna cabins (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
