Welcome to KER IZEL! This large 280m² house, spacious, bright, and equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi offers you all the comfort necessary for an unforgettable stay.

The strong point of this house is its very large 1.5-hectare wooded garden located in a wood and its welcoming terrace that invite you to relax outdoors. For a moment of absolute well-being, let yourself be tempted by the jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a beautiful day.

When you enter the house, you discover a sleeping area separated from the living area by a hallway, thus providing tranquility.
The night space includes 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds in 180x200, the third bedroom has an electric bed in 160x200 and the last bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140x190. Two bathrooms are available, one with a shower and the second is equipped with a shower and a bathtub for moments of relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and spacious living room, creates a true living space, perfect for sharing warm moments with family or friends. Just behind, a practical laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and freezer makes your stay easier.

Upstairs, a large room with four single beds (90x200) has its own bathroom, ideal for children or friends.
An exceptional playful space awaits you as well: a vast game room equipped with a television, a ping-pong table, and numerous children's games, ensuring entertainment and fun for everyone.

Independent toilets are available on both the ground floor and the upper floor for added comfort.

This house combines space, light, and conviviality, ideal for family vacations or trips with friends!

The house is located in a quiet area, in the middle of the woods. The Conquet ria is located 500m from the house and the magnificent Blancs Sablons beach is located a 7-minute walk away.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, dish towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit.

In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most tourist sites of the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: go explore the islands of Ouessant or Molène departing from the charming, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Saint Matthieu point, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the fine arts museum in Brest...
For children you will also find nearby: la récré des 3 curés (amusement park) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the most athletic, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle, or surfing spots are located nearby, as well as golf courses including the one at Abers.
