Upper floor: (spiral staircase) living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Electric heating, forced-air heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake.
