"Villa Vernice Gialla", 7-room villa 183 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: open large living room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the veranda. Open dining room. Exit to the veranda. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. 2 large terraces 24 m2 partly covered, large terrace 31 m2, large patio, large garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8).
