Welcome to the longère, a concierge service! Come and enjoy a stay to disconnect and recharge with family or friends, with your dog of course, just 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris (Porte de Saint-Cloud or Porte d'Ivry) and less than 20 minutes from Chartres.
We designed this place to be Family & Dog Friendly*! The welcoming living areas and the fully enclosed garden allow you to share lovely moments with your loved ones.
On the ground floor, you'll find a suite (queen-size bed) with a shower room, conveniently located near the dining area, perfect for the whole family to cook and share meals. A cozy lounge and a spacious living room complete the ground floor. The large kitchen is equipped for preparing and sharing delicious meals, featuring a gas range with two ovens, a microwave, and a large fridge-freezer. For breakfast, you'll find a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
Upstairs: a large suite (choice of two 90x200 cm beds or one king-size bed) with a bathroom and separate toilet, and two adjoining twin bedrooms under the eaves, allowing everyone to have their own space. A play area with a net overlooking the garden is specially designed for children.
Books, early childhood games, outdoor games, a large furnished terrace with barbecue and fire pit (in season) complete the facilities for a pleasant stay in a very small village in the Beauce region, in peace and quiet surrounded by nature.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided. Basic groceries are available (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, tea, etc.).
Committed to eco-friendly practices, we shop for secondhand goods, recycle, and buy local as much as possible. Composting, rainwater harvesting, and a multitude of small fruit bushes or vegetable plants, depending on the season, are some of the steps we've already taken.
The farmhouse is the starting point for lovely discoveries in the region, whatever your interests: Chartres and its majestic cathedral, Maintenon and its castle, the Tanière refuge…
We welcome dogs, who are like family to us.
