The very bright family home is made up of one floor:
On the ground floor:
• An entrance hall with storage
• A large bright independent kitchen fitted and equipped (filter coffee maker and Senseo)
• A renovated living room with TV and Wifi
• A large bathroom with bathtub
• A laundry room with washing machine
• A separate toilet
The floor:
• A large corridor serving the sleeping area.
• A very bright bedroom not overlooked, with ducted air conditioning, built-in cupboard and a 160cm bed.
Ducted air conditioning in the hallway serving the other two bedrooms:
• A bedroom with a 160cm bed and a cupboard
• A bedroom with a 120cm bed (1 person)
• An independent WC with window
The exterior:
A private courtyard, not overlooked with plenty of sunshine, equipped with a table which will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and have an aperitif in complete peace and quiet!
