Come and discover this charming single-storey house just a stone's throw from the lovely port of Portsall.
Upon entering the house, you access the large living area consisting of the living room and the fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
You then take the corridor to access the toilet, the bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140x200, the 2nd bedroom consists of 2 twin beds in 90x200 which can therefore make a large bed of 180x200.
The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for children or pets. You can also enjoy a pleasant terrace for lunch or dinner.
The house is located 800m from the small port of Portsall, which includes numerous businesses (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery, restaurants...). For water sports enthusiasts, the Portsall sailing club is in the immediate vicinity.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
