Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 34 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Single-family house "R&A". Above Podstrana 15 km from the centre of Split, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Jun. - 16.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (34 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. 50 m long narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
