This holiday home of 120 m², recently built in 2013, has a garden of 1020 m² and is situated outside the town of Sa Pobla.
is situated outside the town of Sa Pobla. It can accommodate up to six people and is thus ideal for a holiday with family or friendsModern holiday home with a garden, large partly covered terrace, spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains, a private pool, on a fenced property.
The living room gives access to the partly covered terrace, which offers magnificent views over the pool and the garden as well as the surroundings of the Tramuntana mountains. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers. The patio offers teak chairs and a table, a sofa with 2 armchairs and table, as well as a barbecue.
The property has three bedrooms: one with double bed (1,50 x 2,00 m) and private bathroom, washbasin and WC and the other two bedrooms with two single beds each (0,90 x 2,00 m). The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The modern kitchen is furnished with, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer and coffee machine. The bright living/dining room is furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a TV with satellite reception. A washing machine, two children's cots and two high chairs are at your disposal. The bedrooms and the living/dining room are air-conditioned (hot/cold).
It is easily accessible from the motorway. It is about 2 km from Sa Pobla. In the town, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, nightlife places, the train station, a public swimming pool and a tennis court.
